1. About The Real Meal
The Real Meal is an Israeli-origin food innovation brand operated and managed from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Product development and management are conducted primarily from Israel. Human Feed Ltd does not currently maintain a physical office or conduct trading activity in the United Kingdom.
2. Scope of the Services
The Services are provided for informational and communication purposes only and may include:
- informational content about our project and product concept
- voluntary donation options via third-party providers
- newsletter and preorder interest sign-up (email only)
- contact and partnership inquiries
The Services do not currently include the sale of food products, paid subscriptions, or other commercial offerings.
3. No Sale of Products / No Binding Orders
At this stage:
- no products are offered for sale through the Services
- no payments are accepted for products
- preorder registration does not constitute a purchase, contract, or reservation
- product availability, pricing, composition, timelines, and specifications are subject to change
Any future product offerings will be governed by separate terms and conditions presented at that time.
4. Donations
Donations made through the Services are:
- voluntary
- non-refundable
- processed by independent third-party payment providers
We do not store payment card or banking details and are not responsible for the policies, performance, or availability of third-party payment processors.
5. User Responsibilities and Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years of age
- the information you provide is accurate and truthful
- you use the Services only for lawful purposes
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to us through the Services, which is currently zero, as no paid products or services are offered.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Real Meal regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
