The Real Meal does not appoint a separate EU representative under Article 27 GDPR because the Services are not specifically targeted at individuals in the European Union, no goods or paid services are currently offered to EU residents, and any processing related to EU users is occasional, limited, and low-risk. Accordingly, the Article 27 GDPR obligation does not apply.
